Information you provide directly — your name, pickup address, email, phone number, and details about the devices you want collected, when you book a pickup or request a bulk quote.

Collection and device data — information about the devices we collect, such as type, quantity, and condition, used to calculate payment, process certified destruction, and, for business clients, prepare certificates of destruction and ESG diversion reports.

Payment information — for individual pickups, the DuitNow-linked details needed to pay you for eligible devices. Payments are processed through regulated payment rails; we do not store your full banking credentials.

Usage data — standard web analytics such as page views, browser type, and referral source collected via anonymised analytics tools. No personally identifiable information is collected at this layer.

We use the information we collect to:

• Schedule, confirm, and complete your collection
• Pay you instantly via DuitNow for eligible devices
• Prepare certificates of destruction and ESG diversion reports for business and enterprise clients
• Respond to enquiries and bulk quote requests
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations, including recordkeeping required of a registered e-waste collector
• Improve our services and website experience

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this policy, or as required by law. This includes retaining collection and certificate records for a reasonable period to support any future certificate requests or audit needs, particularly for business and enterprise clients.

General contact and enquiry records are retained for up to 3 years for legitimate business purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Payment details are handled through regulated, encrypted payment channels, and device or business data shared for bulk collections is treated as confidential.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we take every reasonable precaution, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We only share your information with third parties in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers — logistics partners who assist with collection, and payment providers who process DuitNow payouts, under confidentiality obligations.
• Legal or regulatory requirement — where required by law, court order, or a government authority such as the Department of Environment.
• Business transfers — in the event of a merger or acquisition, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data
• Withdraw consent for us to process your data, where consent is the basis for processing
• Request deletion of your data, subject to our legal and recordkeeping obligations
